Exhibition build for the Australian Pavilion at World Expo 2025, Osaka, Japan

HOW

Land Country

  • 3D modelling, fabrication and scenic finishing 16 gum trees, foliage, and ground cover for the Australian bush scene 

  • 3D modelling, fabrication and scenic finishing a 6.5m x 6m fibreglass rock-wall including water fall feature

  • Fabricated Ecoboard boardwalk with steel sub flooring 

  • Fibreglass creek-beds and a fully functioning waterfall with flowing creek catchment

Sky Country

  • Scenic walls and rear-projection ceiling that draws visitors into a visually dynamic storytelling environment.

Sea Country

  • An immersive room of LED screens, custom fabricated steel walls and flooring.

Sculptures

  • 3D modelling and fabrication of outdoor fibreglass sculptures for photo opportunities

Forecourt

  • The forecourt stage with fibreglass surround and accessible ramp.

Each of the 3 exhibition areas were connected by 3 portals, with an entry portal, VIP entry portal and exit portal created with sustainable compressed straw, acoustic panelling to transport visitors into each space.

The entire exhibition was prototyped and fabricated in our Sydney warehouse, then test built, and packaged for transport to Japan.  Our team then spent 8 weeks installing the exhibition on the ground in Osaka.
