Stagekings partnered with ES Global and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to deliver the Australian Pavilion for World Expo 2025 in Osaka — a complex, large-scale exhibition celebrating Country through immersive design and sustainable fabrication. The project spanned Land Country, Sky Country and Sea Country, featuring custom 3D-modelled gum trees, fibreglass rock formations with flowing waterfalls, steel-framed Ecoboard boardwalks, LED immersive environments and outdoor fibreglass sculptures. Every element was prototyped, test-built and finished in Stagekings’ Sydney facility before being packaged for international transport and installed onsite by our team over an eight-week build period. Combining large-scale 3D sculpture fabrication, fibreglass and steel construction, exhibition building and turnkey project management, Stagekings delivered a world-class pavilion that blended technical excellence, cultural storytelling and sustainable solutions on a global stage.
