    Reporting to the CEO, as the Head of Projects you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of all projects from conception to completion. You will lead a talented team of Project Managers & Project Coordinators whilst collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that exceed client expectations with a varied and exciting range of work from music festivals, television, film, exhibition, sporting events and much more.

    Key Responsibilities

    Proactive leadership of the project management team

    Oversee project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client expectations.

    Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands

    Collaborate with the HR department for talent acquisition and team development.

    Mentor and develop project management talent

    Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

    Establish and maintain high standards of quality in all deliverables

    Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to specifications & budgets.

    Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.

    Champion innovation and excellence in project delivery

    Essential Skills and Characteristics

    Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management within Events, Fabrication, Construction or other relevant industry

    Recognised qualification in project management

    Strong leadership and team management skills

    Takes full ownership

    A passion for creativity, good design and thinking outside the box

    As the Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase and are responsible for assessing project costs, preparing accurate and competitive bids, and contributing to securing new projects, with a varied and exciting range of work from music festivals, television, film, exhibition, sporting events and much more.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for all projects

    Conduct thorough quantity surveys to assess the required quantities of materials and resources

    Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations

    Evaluate project specifications and drawings for value engineering, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and risks

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and market conditions

    Support procurement, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing

    Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals

    Essential Skills and Characteristics

    Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

    Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction or events industry

    Strong analytical and mathematical skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

    Takes full ownership

  • Due to significant grow, we are looking for an experienced HR licenced driver to join our busy warehouse and logistics team. Covering all areas of Sydney metro, we are looking for a motivated and safe driver who can:

    Start immediately - $40 per hour + super.

    Work a combination of morning and afternoon shifts, dependent on the job.

    Be available 8-10 hours per day Monday – Friday. Potential for weekend work also. This position is casual so hours may vary where required.

    Requirements:

    The successful applicant will have the following:

    Valid HR Licence with minimum 2 years experience.

    Hold a clean driving record and be able to provide a current licence history printout from Service NSW.

    Experience driving manual gearbox.

    Experience in loading and unloading and have a sound knowledge of load restraint standards and techniques.

    Valid Forklift licence and be willing to assist with warehouse labour as required.

    A can-do positive attitude and remain professional under pressure.

    Strong communication skills and work well in a team environment.

    Be reliable, punctual and accountable.

    Working knowledge of the events and staging production industry (desirable).
